
Well, here's another hipshaker for ya to get you through the week. I know for a fact that Jimi Hendrix played on several of Youngblood's sides and I believe he played on this one, too. The b-side, "Goodbye Jessie Mae," is a surprisingly good blues side. Maybe we'll feature that someday. In the meantime, here's a bona-fide stomper from Mr. Lonnie Youngblood. And while you're at it, check out some of his other 45s like "Go Go Shoes," "Go Go Place" and "African Twist Parts 1 and 2." Those are also more than worthy.
